Data Processing Addendum (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR

In accordance with Article 28 GDPR, Nutrigen Biosciences GmbH has concluded data processing agreements with its advertising and analytics service providers. These agreements ensure that personal data is processed strictly under our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

We currently use the following third-party processors:

LinkedIn Ads

• Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland
• Purpose: Advertising campaigns, conversion tracking, and audience analytics via the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR — consent via the cookie banner.
• Data transfer: To the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Opt-out: You can manage your LinkedIn ad preferences at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/advertising-data.

• Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
• Purpose: Website usage analysis, traffic measurement, and optimization.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR — consent via the cookie banner.
• Data transfer: To the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• IP anonymization: Active.
• Retention period: 14 months (unless you withdraw consent earlier).
